Ines Martin is Restaurant owner and a chef chef went cooking school in New York
the French Culinary and Culinary Academy.
She attend Borough Community College. She also live New York State. She
has worked numerous of culinary from high end to regular day the food industry. At this moment
Mrs. Martin has a restaurant in Sullivan County, New York. (Savory Sweet Eatery) The cuisine is
American classics. She love to experience with all types of cuisine and ingredients.
The reasons I have started to have this blog it is that have
two intelligence and beautiful children. They love food and cook for my
daughter love everything sweet and my son love everything savory (that why I
named the restaurant). I am teaching about
the diverse of food in the Caribbean Island, Latina American and Spain. I, myself are seeking to connect for the food of my heritage.
There are many different ways of cooking our foods. I am excited to explored all this diversity and cooking this dishes. It is amazing how the Hispanic culture is so diverse. I find it interesting that Hispanic comes from the Spain, Caribbean and South American it's so different than much like. Our ancestors European, African, and Asia also
so much more and mixed and most from the all regions.
This reasons I why I want to learn more about this culture
and my background for the why and how it's made in various ways. It like important to learn and
see the world different in this culture. I
believe that old explore want to see and taste new herd and spice to open their
taste.
